COMMUNAL DOORSETS
The Solid Rebated Communal Doorset is a timber framed internal doorset associated with the internal communal areas of busy buildings.
Available as an FD30 or FD60 rating. Both fire doorsets come with intumescent and smoke seals pre-installed within the frame. A non fire door option is also available.
DOORSETS
- FD30 doorsets are supplied with a softwood frame; FD60 door frames are hardwood, ready for on-site painting. Compatible with FD30 (44mm) and FD60 (54mm) doors only. Non-fire rated option available.

TESTING, STANDARDS AND GUARANTEES
- Available as either a non-fire rated, FD30 or FD60 doorset
- Certifire approved when installed in line with certification
IRONMONGERY AND ACCESSORIES
- Choice of lock types including FB2 or Euro-sash lock
- Doorsets are pre-hung and pre-fitted with bearing hinges.
- Fire doorsets have intumescent and smoke seals pre-installed within the frame
- Architraves are not supplied.
- Assa Abloy DC200A V-arm and DC500A slide arm surface mounted door closers are available on request.
