The SoundSecure Apartment Entrance Doorset offers outstanding fire, security, smoke leakage and sound reduction properties, making it ideal for the complex performance demands of apartment entrances.
Supplied as either FD30 or FD60 rated fire doorsets, the SoundSecure Doorset is independently certified and tested within the Certifire and Certisecure third party certification schemes, as well as being Secured by Design accredited.
SECURITY
- Secured by Design accreditation
- TS003 compliant chrome security door chain (silver available as an optional extra)
- TS008 compliant chrome letter plate and optional security cowl (silver available as an optional extra)
FIRE
- Available as an FD30 or FD60 doorset
- FD30 are supplied with a primed engineered softwood frame
- FD60 door frames are hardwood
- Independently certified and tested within the TRADA Q-Mark scheme
- Extruded aluminium threshold to prevent draught and smoke leakage
ACCESSIBILITY
- Chrome security eye viewer with low and high locations available (silver available as an optional extra)
- Four opening widths – 838mm, 864mm, 914mm and 926mm – for Part M (access to and use of buildings) requirements (bespoke sizes also available)
IRONMONGERY AND ACCESSORIES
- Arrives pre-hung on three compatible grade 13 stainless steel security hinges
- Optional fire rated TS008 compliant letter plate and security cowl
- Secured by Design three-point espagnolette locking system complete with chrome lever handles (silver available as an optional extra)
- Locks fitted with an escape (thumb turn) cylinder
- Supplied with a 3 star cylinder
- Hardwood threshold available as an optional extra
