The Building Safety Act introduced three duty holder roles - Principal Contractor, Principal Designer and the Client – to ensure that everyone working within a project has clear responsibilities and to improve coordination and collaboration.
Premdor is asking if two years on, has the new regime sparked the cultural change that Dame Judith Hackitt called for or whether more needs to be done to get everyone in the industry on the same page.
